Small signs of improvement in the job market
As the data has shown sign fall of 2008, the economy is still struggling with job creation. As there 11 states struck with double digit unemployment. There was only three states showing statistically significant increase in employment numbers from August. Job growth is one of the last economic indicators to show a sign of a recovery, but with the recession technically over almost a year ago unemployment numbers should be increasing this recovery could take years to return to post recession employment. The part of the article which is most concerning to me that there are still 34 reported a decrease in the employment so to me is it clear to me we are a long way away from a true economic recovery.
