Trade gap increases and unemployment claims fell, US Economy still on track for recovery
The significantly stronger employment claims are for many good news at the United States economy is beginning to stabilize. Even with the US losing a net jobs of 54,000 analysts still find this number to be positive, due to the Census the ending there temporary positions. The statistic that shows a true shift in the economy is the creation of 67,000 jobs from private employment. With firms adding working its shows that the economy is being to stabilize and that there are opportunities that firms at activity pursuing inorder to grow.

This article makes note that "Americans have regained some appetite to spend". This aspect of an economic recovery is one of the most important. Consumer confidence is translated in their willingness to spend. When consumers are confident about the economy, they will spend more. Although it claims that we have regained just "some" appetite to spend, this is a step toward a bigger growth in confidence in American consumers.
