Consumer Confidence, Home Prices Rise

Consumer Confidence is up!

But it is still only at 52.5.

As consumer confidence in America is currently at 52.5, an increase from February's 46.4, it definitely shows that the American consumer is moving in the right direction and having faith in the economy. But looking at the U.S. consumer confidence over the past, it currently stands at 52.5, where normalcy lies at around double of what confidence is.

    The phenomenon of the American consumer not spending and saving a lot, while the interest rate is rather low has set projections to range from all over the place. How long is it projected for the American consumer to take to return to such confidence levels and spending?
