China Budget Eases Off Stimulus
China has just announced this year that they will cut government spending by 11% this year. China goal in their stimulus plan was to keep spending within their infrastructure and social programs. China had to slow down the spending because they see dim prospects in he future with that spending. The China's finance ministry says they do not what to over extend themselves, because we can see what problem that has cause Greece, Spain, and the USA.
